Support

Please take a moment to look at the Knowledge Base. There is a possibility of your support issue being resolved already and the solution readily available to you in the Knowledge Base. We recommend you to browse through the Knowledge Base prior to sending an issue to us.

To get technical support, please send e-mail to cli-support@webnms.com.

For fast and accurate response, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name and Company.
  • Product Release Version.
  • Product Registration Information.
  • Your platform and OS version and your browser version, if appropriate.

If you are not a registered user, you can still send e-mail to the above address; but please note that responses to non-registered users are on a best-effort basis.
