Web Demo Conference

In a Web Demo conference, we will individually demonstrate a product to you and answer your questions through an interactive online Internet session. You can follow the actions our experts are doing on their computers on your screen.

You can call WebNMS Customer Response Center for logging and resolving any technical problems. This Center is operational 24 hours and staffed by experienced and knowledgeable software specialists. They are accessible between the hours of Monday 12.30 AM (PST) and Saturday 1.00 AM (PST) at:

E-mail Support

If you have any issues in using our software, please send e-mail to the product-specific e-mail address. To make the support more effective, we request you to send following details:

  • Version of the software: Agent Toolkit (Java Edition) 4.2 or SNMP API 3.3, etc.
  • Service Pack Version: SP3 or SP4, etc.
  • Operating System: Solaris 8, Win NT, or RedHat Linux 7.1, etc.
  • JDK/JRE Version: JRE1.3 or JRE1.2, or JDK1.1.x, etc.
  • Browser and Version: Netscape 4.76 or I.E. 6.0, etc.
  • Details of the problem:
  • The steps to reproduce the problem
  • The relevant log files
  • Thread Dumps (if any)
  • CLASSPATH environment variable (if applicable)

Patches & Fixes

While you evaluate our product, we will provide you with patches that would make your evaluation easy and hassle-free. If you come across any issues in using our products, please report them to us and we will send you bug fixes as soon as possible. If we release any service packs during your evaluation period, we will intimate you about it so that you can download them.
