监控VMWare ESX服务器以及Guest OS的性能OpManager为每个ESX提供监控操控板，显示每个虚拟机的CPU、内存和磁盘利用率。还可以启动、关闭和暂停ESX服务器上的虚拟机。当虚拟机占用资源过多时产生告警，也可远程关闭虚拟机，防止影响到ESX服务器。 
监控Exchange服务器的性能除监控Exchange服务器中的SMTP、POP和IMAP外，OpManager还可以监控15项关键服务和50多个重要参数，包括Store、Private Store、Received/Sent Queue Size等。通过操控板，根据Exchange 2000、2003 或 2005服务器类别自动指派性能监视器和设置阈值。
